Job Description

1.Lead and manage a team of Area Managers (AMs) and Operations Executives (OEs) across the region to ensure operational excellence and achievement of key performance metrics
2.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience 3.Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed performance targets for key metrics including SPEED, SCRR, Handover, and Audit Adherence 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Central Support Team (CST), Transportation, Network Operations Center (NOC), and business teams to resolve escalations and implement process improvements 5.Manage contingency planning and execution during peak periods, holidays, and unexpected events 6.Conduct regular business reviews (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs) to analyze performance data and implement corrective actions 7.Mentor and develop Area Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline
