About Role:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for growing and scaling branches and the Support Functions in the assigned region. He will work with the senior management to drive sales strategy and growth plans of the region, overseeing the functioning of the assigned region and responsible for Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess opportunities for geographic expansion of operational region and setting up of new branches.
• Ensure business growth in the region to achieve sales and collections target.
• Analyze productivity, efficiency gaps of areas and branches and plug the same.
• Ensure team is taking preventive and curative measures in the region to maintain high quality portfolio.
• Ensures rules and norms of the company related to HR, Admin, training are adhered strictly in pursuit of the risk management and defined process.
• Visits field to observe field activities to ensure these processes are followed in compliance of the operational policy and procedure in the region.
• Closing the audit actions and oversee the functioning of the regional office.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to field staff and Managers to improve performance.
• Resolve internal conflicts at level and also within the area.
• Coordinate with HR in recruitment and training of new employees and confirmation/ promotions of staff.

Skills Required:

• Age minimum 25 years to maximum 45 years.

• Dynamic, articulate, hard working individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience running Microfinance operations at the Area or Regional level.
• Well versed in MS Office.
