Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Aurangabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing financial services, providing customer support, handling loan applications, and promoting HMPL's products and services. The role involves regular interaction with clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the company's mission of community development and fostering women entrepreneurship. Qualifications Financial Services Management and Customer Support skills Experience in handling loan applications and promoting financial products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards Commitment to community development and fostering women entrepreneurship Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the microfinance sector is a plus
