Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer at our Chikhli location. The Sales Officer will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing sales operations and channel sales strategies to ensure profitability and achieve business objectives. The role involves direct customer interactions and market-facing activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-first mindset
Experience in Lead Generation and prospect management
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Sales Operations and processes
Familiarity with Channel Sales and building strategic relationships
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a dynamic environment
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in financial services or microfinance is a plus
