Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager, located in Rajahmundry. The Regional Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple branches within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, mentoring branch managers, and implementing initiatives to drive growth. The role also involves customer relationship management, overseeing loan disbursements, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of empowering local communities and entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and supervising staff at multiple levels.
• Operational management expertise with experience in overseeing branch or regional-level financial and business functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and customers.
• Knowledge of financial products, compliance requirements, and customer engagement in the microfinance or similar sector.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate branch performance and implement data-driven strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in the microfinance or NBFC sector is a significant advantage.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and a commitment to the company’s mission of community development.
