Position Summary
The Regional Lead - South Asia is responsible for client management and partner acquisition across the region. The role focuses on sourcing, contracting, and managing strategic partners - including distributors, publishers, integrators, and government entities - to develop testing and learning ecosystems in both academic and workplace settings.This position offers the opportunity to cultivate long-term partnerships by negotiating agreements, driving integrations across ETS portfolios in South Asia, and expanding business with existing strategic growth partners. Acting as a trusted advisor to both internal Program teams and external stakeholders, the Regional Lead will leverage strong relationship-building skills to identify and develop mutually beneficial opportunities that enhance the reach and impact of ETS products and services.The Regional Lead will also oversee EPN (ETS Preferred Network) contracts, financials, and other business-critical documentation. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Regional Leaders, as well as the Marketing and Operations teams, to deliver on the Business Unit’s strategic growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Regional Growth: Drive business expansion across South Asia by aligning market capacity and capability with ETS’s assessment and learning solutions. Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Thought Leadership: Position ETS as the trusted leader in the assessment and learning space by championing research-driven insights, shaping market conversations, and building strategic influence across the region.
- Market Development: Direct teams and reporting members to identify and pursue high-growth opportunities across institutional segments, including universities, schools, and corporates.
- Competitive Strategy: Safeguard ETS’s market position by deploying effective competitive strategies, including product alignment to regional needs, research-led differentiation, and pricing optimization where applicable, to capture meaningful market share.
- Contract Management: Oversee end-to-end management of EPN contracts for the TOEFL, TOEIC, and WorkForce assessment portfolios, including new contracts, renewals, and terminations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage EPN invoicing and payment collection to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing across all products.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and optimize EPN channel processes; identify opportunities to streamline workflows, drive efficiencies, and enhance partner productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong, collaborative relationships with Finance, Legal, and Program teams to align on priorities and support business goals.
- Performance Management: Track, evaluate, and manage the business performance of ETS EPNs in designated markets, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
Education
- Min Master’s degree/ MBA
- Seasoned leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in managing regional accountability, including Sales, P&L ownership, and Marketing, within a multinational organization.
