Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets (gold, silver, and other business segments).
  • Monitor branch-wise business performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies for market expansion and customer retention.
  • Drive business volume through promotional campaigns, lead generation, and client engagement programs.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

2. Branch Performance Management

  • Supervise branch heads and ensure branch-level compliance, productivity, and profitability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and guide teams to improve key business parameters.
  • Ensure each branch meets assigned business, operational, and customer service goals.
  • Implement best practices across branches to maintain uniformity in business processes.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor branch managers and sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance appraisals, and training programs.
  • Promote a high-performance culture and team spirit within the region.

4. Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for execution of regional campaigns, events, and customer drives.
  • Utilize regional marketing budgets effectively to maximize business visibility.
  • Ensure proper utilization of marketing materials, leaflets, and digital promotions at branch level.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Strengthen customer satisfaction and trust through quality service and quick response.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer feedback and grievances.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships to increase repeat and referral business.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 3

    5 years of experience

    in sales leadership, preferably in

    Gold loan/NBFC or Financial Services

    sector.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple branches or territories.
  • Strong understanding of retail gold loan / gold trading business model.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
