About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the

    regional sales strategy

    aligned with business goals.
  • Drive

    revenue growth

    across existing and new customer segments.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of

    sales managers and executives

    (direct span: 1520; overall team: 500700, including outsourced resources).
  • Own the

    regional P&L

    (Revenue: 100–150 Cr; EBITDA: 10+ Cr).
  • Identify and capitalize on

    business expansion opportunities

    and new geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    key clients and strategic partners

    .
  • Monitor

    sales performance metrics

    and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
