Beem is Husk’s residential solar business, focused on building India’s leading consumer
brand in clean energy. The business offers urban homeowners high-quality rooftop solar
systems bundled with financing, installation, and after-sales support—delivered through
a fully digital-first experience. Beem already serves a growing base of satisfied
customers and is seeing strong word-of-mouth and repeat demand. The goal now is to
rapidly expand across Tier 1 and 2 cities, build deep fulfillment capabilities, and launch
new energy solutions tailored for this segment. Beem aims to become the market leader
and category-defining brand for residential solar in India.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building a business from scratch, solving
tough scaling challenges, and creating real consumer impact. The person occupying the
role will have access to a high-performing leadership team driving rapid learning and
growth. The position has a clear path to larger leadership roles as the business scales.
About the Role:
Beem is building India’s most ambitious residential solar platform. From a growing early-
stage base, we are targeting 1000 crore in revenue within 3 years. The Regional Sales
