The Regional Field Sales Manager is responsible for expanding the Accredited Centre Network in the assigned region. This role requires strong field presence, relationship building, institutional sales capability, and structured follow-up to onboard training academies and centres for LAPT’s certification programs. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving position critical for scaling B2B Centre network 2. Key Responsibilities A. Centre Acquisition & Partnerships Identify and onboard new training academies across industries: Beauty, Aviation, Hospitality, Culinary, Fitness, Retail, and Vocational Institutes. Conduct field visits to target areas, meet centre owners, and present LAPT’s accreditation and certification programs. Take complete ownership of the Centre Acquisition Cycle: Lead → Visit → Pitch → Proposal → Close → Onboarding → First Payment. B. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with institute owners, directors, and decision-makers. Ensure smooth communication between centres and LAPT internal teams. Resolve issues and escalate where needed. C. Revenue Targets & Performance Deliver monthly centre acquisition targets (8–15 centres/month depending on region). Track daily KPIs: calls, visits, demos, proposals, closures. Maintain region-level revenue responsibility. D. Market Mapping & Strategy Map all potential institutes in assigned cities/territories. Identify high-volume categories and priority centre types. Conduct competitor analysis and report market intelligence. E. Team & Reporting Maintain daily activity logs on CRM (team.lapt.org). Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast data. Coordinate with tele-sales, onboarding, and certification teams for centre activation. --- 3. Desired Candidate Profile Education Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Experience 3–8 years of field sales experience in: Education, Training, EdTech Skill Development Franchise Sales Certification / Assessment bodies Vocational Training Companies Skills Required Strong field presence & local market knowledge Excellent communication & presentation skills Proven record of closing B2B deals Ability to manage high-value relationships Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined CRM usage and reporting accuracy Ability to travel extensively within region 4. Compensation & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – with incentives it can easily scale from ₹1,00,000 to 3,00,000 (based on experience, city, and past performance) Incentive Structure (Performance-based): Per Centre Signing Incentive Monthly Accelerator Bonus Quarterly High Performer Bonus Top achievers can earn ₹1.5–2.0 lakh/month including incentives. 5.
