Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee debt collection operations across multiple locations.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collections efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in retail finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience working with TATA CAPITAL LIMITED is preferred.
