Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Chief Finance Officer, located in Gurugram. The Regional Chief Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and financial reporting. The role involves managing financial strategies, conducting financial risk assessments, and providing leadership in financial planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA / CMA/MBA (Finance / Strategy)

  preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in

  commercial and financial leadership roles

  , ideally in large manufacturing or FMCG companies.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in

  mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and global operations

  will be an added advantage.

Roles Responsibities

1. Commercial & Business Strategy

• Formulate and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, product lines, and market expansion areas.
• Partner with the Managing Director and Board to align commercial priorities with long-term business goals.
• Drive P&L ownership for all manufacturing units and product categories.

2. Revenue, Pricing & Profitability Management

• Oversee pricing strategies, market share analysis, and value chain optimization.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine product positioning.
• Drive initiatives to improve EBITDA and margin through cost optimization and pricing discipline.
• Introduce systems to track profitability by product, customer, and region.

3. Supply Chain & Procurement

• Ensure seamless supply chain operations — from raw material sourcing to finished goods distribution.
• Negotiate with key suppliers for cost efficiency and strategic partnerships.
• Establish procurement standards, vendor evaluation frameworks, and cost-control mechanisms.
• Implement systems to minimize pilferages, leakages, and inefficiencies.

4. Financial & Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure financial control, working capital management, and cost efficiency.
• Review plant efficiency and product recovery standards to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making through MIS, analytics, and ERP tools.

5. Leadership & Team Development

• Lead multi-functional teams across sales, procurement, logistics, and commercial finance.
• Build a performance-driven culture with strong internal controls and accountability.
• Mentor senior leadership teams for succession planning and capability enhancement.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration between finance, operations, and marketing teams.
