Job Description:
Titan, a leading retail company in the watch industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager-Retail to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail sales operations in the assigned region and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share in the assigned region
- Manage and mentor a team of retail sales managers and associates to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide support and guidance to retail teams
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stock losses
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the watch industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
