• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and manage a network of

  dealers, distributors, and channel partners

  to expand regional coverage.
• Drive

  dealer onboarding, training, and support

  to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Engage with

  MNCs, large enterprises, consultants, and project houses

  to position RBH solutions.
• Conduct

  client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations

  to showcase solutions.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver

  competitive proposals, quotations, documents.

• Ensure timely

  order closures, payment collection, and account management

  .
• Coordinate with the

  technical and operations teams

  to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Represent RBH India at

  industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

  .
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Management).
• 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in

  Electronic Security Systems, ICT, Automation, or related industries

  .
• Strong dealer/channel management background preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
