Department: Quality Assurance Industry: Medical Devices Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Officer / Sr. Officer – Quality Assurance to join our team in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain quality system processes including risk management, change control, deviation handling, and CAPA. Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives. Handle and investigate customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Review and maintain accurate quality documentation and records. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive quality objectives. Support audits and inspections (internal and external). Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Experience in a Quality Assurance role in the medical device industry is mandatory. Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards. Hands-on experience with risk management, change control, deviation, and CAPA processes. Proficiency in managing customer complaints and implementing effective resolutions. Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
