Job Description Job Title: Regional Sales Executive Company: RBH India Location: Delhi-NCR Job Type: Full-time Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Onsite Seniority Level: Mid-level Job Description RBH India, an Indo-Canadian joint venture & leading provider of Integrated Security Solutions i.e. Access Control System, Video management solutions, Advanced Analytics, AI-enabled face recognition and a comprehensive security Control & Command Centre Solution as well, is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on expanding RBH’s market presence by acquiring new clients, developing dealer networks, and building strong relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs), enterprises, and project consultants in the region. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand regional coverage. Drive dealer onboarding, training, and support to ensure long-term partnerships. Engage with MNCs, large enterprises, consultants, and project houses to position RBH solutions. Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase solutions. Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups. Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, documents. Ensure timely order closures, payment collection, and account management . Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Represent RBH India at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums . Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Management). 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in Electronic Security Systems, ICT, Automation, or related industries . Strong dealer/channel management background preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
