Job Description

Role Overview: As the Regional Business Manager (RBM) for GSK's respiratory portfolio in a defined region, you will play a crucial role in driving regional sales performance and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Key Account Manager (KAM) to deliver sales targets and enhance brand performance. You will also be required to develop and execute regional business plans in alignment with national strategies and local market dynamics. Monitoring regional performance through data analysis, identifying opportunities, and proactively managing risks will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Leading a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Key Account Manager (KAM) to deliver sales targets and enhance brand performance. - Developing and executing regional business plans in alignment with national strategies and local market dynamics. - Monitoring regional performance through data analysis, identifying opportunities, and proactively managing risks. - Conducting field visits, coaching sessions, and reviews to improve the effectiveness of the field force. - Fostering a performance-driven culture through goal setting, accountability, and continuous feedback. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth regional operations and enhance relationships with key stakeholders. - Ensuring compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all business activities. - Leading recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of ABMs, KAMs, and Business Executives. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Science/Pharmacy; MBA preferred. - 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2-3 years in a second-line leadership role. - Prior experience in biologics is preferred. - Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills. - Strong analytical ability, customer focus, and execution excellence. - Eligibility limited to RBMs or individuals in equivalent roles due to this being a parallel move.
