Role Overview

Regional Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion
: Plan and execute branch expansion across Rajasthan
Team Building
: Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales and operations teams.
Infrastructure Setup
: Oversee setup of branch infrastructure and operational systems.
Go-to-Market Strategy
: Design and implement market penetration strategies including customer acquisition, brand visibility, and on-ground campaigns.
Business Growth
: Drive disbursements, manage portfolio quality, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory norms.
P&L Ownership
: Take full accountability for the zonal business performance and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

Education
: Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience
: 8-13 years in financial services, with a strong background in sales/distribution of
small-ticket LAP (Loan Against Property)
products.
Domain Expertise
: Proven experience in managing large geographies and scaling business in NBFC or banking setups.
Leadership
: Strong team-building capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
: Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
