Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Treasury, Investor and Lender Relations

Lead Asset Liability Management (ALM) for the NBFC.
Drive fundraising and equity capital initiatives, managing end-to-end engagement with lenders and investors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective stakeholders.
Prepare and present quarterly financial updates, annual reports, and investor decks.
Provide timely and accurate financial data to lenders and investors.

Financial Planning & Reporting

Lead budgeting across operational, financial, and profitability parameters.
Cascade budgets and performance goals down to branches and individual employees.
Track and analyze branch-level and individual performance metrics.
Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely reporting.

Accounting & Systems

Design and implement the accounting framework, integrating data from the Loan Management System (LMS).
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Ensure seamless integration of HRMS and payroll data with financial systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: CA or MBA (Finance)

Experience: 48 years of relevant experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or bank

Proven experience in:

Managing investor and lender relationships

Treasury operations and fundraising

Regulatory compliance and financial reporting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven and comfortable working in high-growth, startup-like environments
