Job Description

A Regional Business Manager (RBM) drives growth in a specific area by leading sales, operations, and teams to meet revenue targets, focusing on strategic planning, market analysis, customer relations, and operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance and maximizing profitability across multiple locations. Key duties involve developing regional strategies, managing budgets, coaching staff, analyzing performance data, and fostering strong client/stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans, sales targets, and budgets for the region.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage regional managers and sales teams to achieve goals.
  • Sales & Operations: Oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, manage marketing initiatives, and ensure quality control.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
  • Financial Management: Manage regional budgets, forecast sales, and report on financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all regional activities adhere to company policies, standards, and legal regulations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience: Previous experience in senior sales, operations, or business leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's often preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
