Regional Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Pyxidia Tech Lab in the marble manufacturing sector in Raipur, your role involves driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase market presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors. - Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth areas in the marble industry. - Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Collaborating with production, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and drive business objectives. - Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business deals. - Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement. - Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or aviation industries. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth. - Strong understanding of marble products and market trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
