🚛 We’re Hiring! – Logistics (Regional Business Development – Eastern India) Exp: 10+ Years Location: Hyderabad Salary: Up to ₹12-15 LPA Company: Patil Group Qualification: MBA/PG in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee regional logistics and transport operations across Eastern India, ensuring timely and cost-efficient movement of materials and finished goods. Plan and manage route optimization, vehicle allocation, and dispatch scheduling for smooth operations. Coordinate closely with vendors, drivers, transporters, and internal teams to maintain uninterrupted logistics flow. Ensure maximum fleet utilization by arranging onward logistics for vehicles returning from various locations to the headquarters or other operational sites. Supervise and mentor the logistics and dispatch teams to achieve performance targets. Review and control transport cost parameters, trip sheets, fuel records, and billing documentation. Negotiate with transporters for competitive freight rates while maintaining service quality and compliance. Track and analyze logistics KPIs including on-time delivery, transit cost, and fleet efficiency, and prepare regular performance reports. Ensure adherence to safety, statutory compliance, and company transport policies. Collaborate with production, sales, accounts, and plant operations to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics execution. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. Excellent command of MS Excel, transport documentation, and ERP systems.
