Job Title: Business Development Manager – (Marble Manufacturing) Location: Raipur Company: Pyxidia Tech Lab WE ARE LOOKING FOR FEMALE CANDIDATE Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in the marble manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors, and developing strategies to increase our market presence in the marble industry. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marble manufacturing sector through market research, networking, and outreach. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors. · Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth in the marble industry. · Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing our marble products and services to prospective clients. · Collaborate with production, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and drive business objectives. · Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals and partnerships. · Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. · Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and build relationships within the marble and construction industries. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. · A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or aviation industries. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. · Strong understanding of marble products and market trends. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. · Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
