Maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system designs, and user manuals. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in contact center, AI, LLM and .Net development and apply them to enhance our systems. Utilize Git or similar version control systems to manage source code and coordinate with team members on collaborative projects. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a must.
