As an HR Recruiter at Zepcruit, your primary role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for internal roles such as tech, sales, and operations. You will utilize Zepcruit's platform and tools to source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, closing positions faster, maintaining candidate data, tracking pipelines, scheduling interviews, providing timely feedback, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and building a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs are key responsibilities. Additionally, sharing insights on process improvements and representing the voice of the recruiter in product feedback are essential tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles (tech, sales, ops, etc.) - Utilize Zepcruit's platform and tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expedite position closures - Maintain and track candidate data and pipelines - Schedule interviews, offer timely feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience - Develop a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs - Provide insights for process enhancements and act as the voice of the recruiter in product feedback Qualifications Required: - 13 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency) - Proficiency in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles - Hands-on experience with Job boards, ATS, Excel, and/or recruitment automation tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for startups, technology, and hiring the right talent - A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership Please note that the company offers a visionary team environment, freedom to experiment, a flat structure with fast decision-making processes, and a focus on actually improving the hiring process for companies and facilitating faster placements for job seekers.,
