Recruitment Specialist Location : Faridabad, Haryana Experience Required: 3+ Years Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team at YES Germany in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes in line with our company’s hiring needs. Website: www.yesgermany.com Key Responsibilities : ● Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts ● Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates ● Manage recruitment through various job portals, social media, and internal databases ● Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements ● Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit ● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process ● Maintain and update candidate records in HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) ● Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation ● Support employer branding initiatives through job fairs, events, and social platforms ● Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness Required Qualifications : ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in education, consulting, or service-based industries ● Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment ● High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills Preferred Skills : ● Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws ● Familiarity with HR software systems or ATS tools Show more Show less
