A Recruitment Specialist manages the end-to-end hiring process, from defining needs and sourcing candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, creating attractive job descriptions, using recruiting tools and platforms, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards throughout the entire talent acquisition cycle. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and implement strategies to find qualified candidates, post jobs on various platforms, and build a network of potential talent. Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine the best fit for the role. Hiring Process Management: Coordinate the entire hiring process, which includes scheduling interviews, providing feedback, negotiating job offers, and finalizing employment agree ments. Key Skills & Qualifications Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is crucial for interacting with hiring managers and candidates. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate complex hiring processes. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, professional networking sites, and other recruiting software. Knowledge of Labor Law: Understanding of employment legislation and compliance to ensure fair hiring practices.
