Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and send job offer letters and negotiate employment terms.
  • Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
