Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person in a prompt and courteous manner. Provide detailed information about services, pricing, timelines, and policies. Handle customer complaints, concerns, or special requests professionally and escalate when necessary. Work closely with sales, dispatch, billing, and operations to ensure seamless communication and execution. Monitor and track shipments; proactively inform customers about delays or changes. Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting common issues and suggesting process enhancements. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, relocation, or service-based industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
