Recruitment Specialist

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for BPO (Voice & Non-Voice) roles at Binary Semantics in Gurgaon. Your key duties will include sourcing candidates to fill vacant positions, conducting telephonic screenings and initial shortlisting, scheduling and coordinating Face-to-Face interviews, maintaining a database of potential candidates, ensuring timely closures and joining of selected candidates, and collaborating with the operations team to understand requirements, attrition trends, and skill gaps. Additionally, you will be involved in assisting with walk-ins, bulk hiring drives, and onboarding coordination. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline and possess 2-4 years of experience in BPO/volume hiring. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, along with the ability to manage bulk hiring targets. Familiarity with sourcing tools and MS Excel will be advantageous.
