Location: Bhopal (Onsite)

Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
• Develop and post job descriptions across hiring platforms.
• Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the hiring process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and fulfill talent requirements.
• Assist in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Support HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR management.
• Hands-on expertise in job platforms for resume sourcing and screening.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with ATS, hiring platforms, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
