About the Role:

dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (Sales, CRM, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds with department heads
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain and update the recruitment database (Excel or ATS)
• Prepare and roll out offer letters and manage onboarding
• Work closely with leadership to understand manpower needs and timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in real estate or similar industries)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
