About the Role:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across levels in tech, product and functional areas, from sourcing to onboarding.

Lead recruitment for technology hiring, identifying and attracting candidates with the skills and experience to drive the company’s growth.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:

Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, high-caliber candidates across all levels through strategic sourcing channels, including networking, executive search platforms, and industry events.

Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates to ensure a continuous flow of talent for critical roles.

Stakeholder Partnership:

Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across departments to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Provide consultative support, advising stakeholders on market trends, candidate expectations and recruitment best practices to improve hiring effectiveness.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding, emphasizing clear communication and engagement.

Prepare candidates for interviews, keeping them informed throughout the process and managing expectations around timelines and feedback.
