Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or with a recruitment agency).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
