Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist/Non-IT Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across different domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding the right talent while building a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for non-IT roles.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify the best-fit candidates within defined timelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment status reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
