Job Description

Recruitment Partner, Engineering


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering hiring managers to define talent needs and lead full-cycle recruitment for senior technical roles.
  • Source and engage top-tier candidates through direct outreach, networking, and innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Evaluate technical talent with a strong understanding of software engineering principles, tools, and systems.
  • Deliver a seamless and transparent hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with HR, immigration, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Stay informed on market trends and provide data-driven insights to influence hiring strategies.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, either in-house or within a leading search firm.
  • Deep familiarity with engineering domains such as backend, distributed systems, SRE, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven success sourcing, assessing, and closing top engineering talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ATS and HR systems, plus a data-driven approach to hiring.
  • A collaborative mindset with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
