Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll support the recruiting team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Your role includes coordinating interviews, managing onboarding logistics, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.


Summary of the role and key responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate End-to-End Interview & Onboarding Logistics: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, feedback sessions, offer letters, and start dates.
  • Support Recruitment Operations: Maintain ATS data accuracy, generate reports, and ensure smooth candidate tracking throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to Talent Sourcing & Screening: Write job descriptions, post on social media, screen resumes, and facilitate assessments to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters & Hiring Teams: Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment operations and support ad hoc projects to enhance the hiring experience.


Key skills required

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • 3-5 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial services
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levels
  • Be a self-starter and a team player who is able to deliver results with minimal supervision - high degree of proactiveness
  • Deliver excellent quality of work with a high level of attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high pressure, constantly evolving environment
  • Proficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems will be preferred
