Workday Absence Lead

The role

We are currently partnering with a leading organization in Financial Services that has been making significant expansion globally. They are seeking an experienced, proactive, and solution-focused Workday Absence Lead, based in Bangalore, India.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

As a Workday Absence Lead, you will have a deep understanding of Workday solution with a proven track record of leading complex projects from initiation to completion, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Workday Absence Lead will be responsible for leading the practice in the following areas:

• Collaborating with HR and Technology stakeholders to assess and recommend Workday solutions, to establish a streamlined User experience and Service delivery, enabled through Workday HCM.
• Partner with Workday support Team, to manage day-to-day system support activities.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovations, driving adoption of Workday HCM Solution.

Key skills required

• 8+ years of total experience with 5+ years as a Workday Functional Absence Lead or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday solutions with relevant certifications/accreditations.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions.
• Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred but not mandatory
