Recruitment Officer

Key responsibilities

1. End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate on boarding. ( IT & Non IT)

2. Candidate sourcing: Identify and attract candidates for both technical and non-technical roles in the Ed Tech space.

3. Screening and interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate and participate in interviews to assess candidates.

4. Stakeholder management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.

5. On boarding and administration: Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and support HR operations related to new hires.

6. Employer branding: Help build a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive Ed Tech market.

7. Reporting and analysis: Track key recruitment metrics and provide reports to management on hiring performance.

Required skills and qualifications

1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring teams.

2. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the Ed Tech industry, its key players, and the types of talent required is a significant advantage.

3. Sales and marketing: The ability to "sell" the company and the role to potential candidates is crucial.

4. Relationship building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.

5. HR tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.( Linked In , Naukri , Shine etc..)

6. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate and close offers with candidates.

7. Organizational skills: Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
