Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students ( European Countries) and their families regarding overseas education opportunities, course selection, admission processes, and career pathways.

• Understand and assess the specific needs of students and recommend suitable programs and universities.

• Handle inquiries effectively, providing timely and accurate information and solutions.

• Actively follow up with students and maintain continuous engagement to ensure successful conversions.

• Support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to promote overseas education programs.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications, visa counseling, and admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, documents, and applications.

• Participate actively in training sessions and stay updated with industry trends, university updates, and process changes.

• Demonstrate flexibility with work timings and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed.

• Foster excellent teamwork and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in Sales/Marketing; experience in the overseas education domain is highly preferred.

• Commitment: Willingness to commit to the company for a minimum of 5 years.
