Recruitment Manager

As a Recruitment Manager in the ITES industry based in Coimbatore, your role will involve overseeing the talent acquisition process to ensure the organization has the right staff to meet its current and future needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing forecasts and determining current staffing needs. - Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. - Leading employment branding initiatives. - Performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs. - Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes such as interviews and screening calls. - Taking steps to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Assisting in employee retention and development. - Supervising recruiting personnel. - Organizing and/or attending career fairs, assessment centres, or other events. - Using metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager. - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. - Understanding of all selection methods and techniques. - Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards. - Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles. - Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. - Excellent communication skills. - Well-organized approach to work. - Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
