Recruitment Manager

You will be responsible for establishing forecasts and determining current staffing needs within the organization. It will be your duty to develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Leading employment branding initiatives will also be a key aspect of your role. Your tasks will include performing sourcing activities to fill open positions and anticipate future needs. You will plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, such as interviews and screening calls, while taking steps to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in employee retention and development efforts. In this position, you will supervise recruiting personnel and may be required to organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other recruitment events. Utilizing metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a talent acquisition manager with expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. An understanding of various selection methods and techniques is essential, along with proficiency in using social media and job boards for recruitment purposes. You should be willing to grasp the duties and competencies associated with different roles and possess working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. As a successful candidate, you should be an excellent communicator, well-organized, and exhibit leadership qualities. A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about recruitment processes will be advantageous in this role.
