Job Description

Urgent Requirement – Recruitment Manager

Position: Recruitment Manager
Location: Coimbatore
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 15 years of experience in HR Operations, with specialization in Recruitment.
Strong working knowledge of Payroll and Statutory processes.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Must be a native of Coimbatore.
Willingness to travel extensively (70% travel requirement).
Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification

Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
