Job Description

As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations for GCC projects while also driving business development to acquire new clients. Your role will require a strong background in GCC hiring, extensive agent and vendor networking across India, and the ability to execute large-scale recruitment drives effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process for GCC clients, which involves tasks such as sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, handling documentation, visa processing, and ensuring successful deployment. You will be tasked with planning and executing bulk recruitment drives nationwide by collaborating with agents, sub-agents, training centers, and skill test venues. Building and nurturing a robust talent pipeline for roles in industries such as oil & gas, construction, and blue/white-collar positions will also be a key focus area. In addition to recruitment operations, you will play a pivotal role in business development by identifying and acquiring new GCC clients, including oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, and facility management firms. Your duties will involve negotiating manpower supply agreements, establishing empanelment contracts, and expanding the company's footprint in various sectors and geographies within the GCC region. To excel in this role, you must leverage your strong connections with recruitment agents and sub-agents across India, forge partnerships with training institutes, trade test centers, and mobilization vendors, and ensure continuous sourcing support for bulk and urgent recruitment needs. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you mentor and train recruiters, monitor performance metrics, and uphold compliance with GCC labor laws, visa regulations, and client requirements. Key skills and competencies that are essential for this role include a thorough understanding of GCC recruitment processes, a well-established agent and vendor network, a proven track record of executing large-scale recruitment drives, proficiency in generating new business and managing client relationships, excellent negotiation abilities, leadership qualities, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment CRMs/ATS is also required. Ideally, you should hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 8-12 years of experience in overseas recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years focused on GCC recruitment. Prior experience in business development and client acquisition will be advantageous for this position. This is a full-time role that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
