Recruitment Manager

Meridian International is a dynamic and fast-growing organization committed to excellence in international education, workforce mobility, and global partnerships. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead and streamline our hiring efforts as we continue to expand globally.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and international markets.
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate recruitment data reporting.
• Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job portals, and universities.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives through online presence and participation in job fairs or events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international education, staffing, or consulting sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
