The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Manage job postings on various platforms including Indeed, social media, and job portals. Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires. Coordinate with educational institutions and external agencies for campus drives and job fairs. Prepare recruitment reports and documentation as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and international markets. Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer and onboarding processes.
