Recruitment Officer

Meridian International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to support our growing hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

• Manage job postings on various platforms including Indeed, social media, and job portals.
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Coordinate with educational institutions and external agencies for campus drives and job fairs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
