Recruitment Officer

As a Recruitment Officer at Jetking, your role involves facilitating professional development and employment search support for students. You will work closely with students to identify their interests, skills, needs, employment barriers, and available resources. It is essential to have a demonstrated understanding of employer and industry needs and expectations. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Generating vacancies and maintaining a vacancy databank - Coordinating with Jetking Head Office Placement team - Conducting pre-placement activities such as sessions on employability and placement sessions, mock interviews, and preparing students as per requirements - Coordinating with students until they are successfully placed at the right job with benchmark salaries - Conducting post-placement activities including maintaining Alumni database, capturing feedback from placed students/recruiters, and organizing alumni meets You will be accountable for tracking the placement performance of the center and reporting to the Operations Manager/Operations Director. The salary offered will be commensurate with your experience and industry standards. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a possibility for performance bonuses and shift allowance based on your performance.
