Recruitment Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
• Analyze MIS reports to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using MIS tools for tracking recruitment metrics and reporting purposes.
