Recruitment Manager


Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets
  • Set recruitment goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress towards these objectives
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address areas for improvement
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to team members
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation


Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base
  • Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition across various industries
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Build strategic partnerships with organizations and industry networks
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales pipeline effectively


Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner by understanding clients' hiring needs and organizational culture
  • Manage key accounts to ensure delivery standards and fulfilment levels are met
  • Conduct regular client reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates


Individual Performance & Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed personal recruitment targets and revenue goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to placement
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks as required
  • Maintain and develop a robust candidate pipeline


Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving targets
  • Experience in business development and client acquisition within the recruitment industry
  • Experience in APAC regions would be an added Advantage.
